Sausages~ Salt & Pepper (always) Wild Mushroom (always), then a weekly pot luck which could be any of Sage, Italian, Garlic/Ginger, Curry, Pork & Leek and many more flavours, also by request.

All our sausages are made from the base ingredients (no kits!) so they are always soy free & Gluten free & HFCS free!, and from prime ground shoulder or leg of local pork (NO unmentionables, or imported, or frozen meat!)

Try them, you'll taste the difference.
